Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel eligible orders directly through the RE-VEDA app or website before the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If the order is still in processing, open your order details and use the cancellation option. If the option is not visible, the order may already be packed, shipped, or otherwise no longer eligible for cancellation.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
• If RE-VEDA cancels an order due to stock, fulfilment, verification, or pricing issues, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation by RE-VEDA

We may cancel an order if:

• The product is unavailable or out of stock.
• There is an error in price, product information, or order details.
• The order appears suspicious, fraudulent, or violates our terms.
• Customer credentials, shipping details, or payment cannot be verified.
• Delivery cannot be completed due to reasons outside our reasonable control.
