RE-VEDA ships eligible orders across India through our logistics partners. Delivery availability may depend on serviceability at the destination pincode.

Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on location and courier serviceability.
• Remote locations, public holidays, weather events, strikes, or courier delays may extend delivery timelines.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping may apply on eligible orders above ₹2,500.
• Shipping charges for orders below the free-shipping threshold will be shown at checkout.
• Bulk orders or special fulfilment cases may follow separate shipping rules shown during checkout.

Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared through the platform and/or communication channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring availability at the delivery address.

Delivery Issues

If a shipment is delayed, damaged, marked delivered incorrectly, or returned to origin, please contact us with your order ID. We will coordinate with the logistics partner and help resolve the issue.
