Return & Refund Policy

Returns
Because RE-VEDA deals with Ayurvedic healthcare products, returns are accepted only in limited cases. We do not accept returns for change of mind, over-ordering, incorrect self-selection, or products that have been opened or used without a verified issue.
Eligible Return Cases
We may accept a return if:
- The product has a quality issue.
- The product was damaged in transit.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product received is expired or unusable.
Customers must attach clear proof when raising the return request. Proof may include product photos, package photos, batch details, expiry details, invoice copy, or an unboxing video where relevant.
Return Request Window
Return requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this window may be rejected unless required by applicable law or approved by RE-VEDA on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed after verification of the return request and, where required, receipt of the returned product.
- Shipping charges are refundable only when the issue is due to RE-VEDA, the seller, or logistics handling.
- Bank or payment gateway timelines may apply after the refund is initiated.
No Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If a return is approved, we will process the eligible refund. You may place a fresh order separately if needed.
